Getting Away

Sometimes we need to step out of our daily routines to see our lives, our hopes, and our dreams more clearly.  Getting away with other members of the church family or youth group is also a great way to build new friendships.  We offer opportunities for all our members to engage in retreat time.
We thank God by working for a just and loving world.

Women's Retreats

Our annual women's retreat, "Women In The Woods," is scheduled for the first weekend in March. It begins Saturday morning and ends Sunday at noon. The retreat is held at the beautiful Silver Bay Lodge on the north end of Lake George.

To find out more about the women's weekend or to sign up, contact Eleanor Stanton at the church office (584-6091).

Church Family Retreats
Every two years, we hold a church-wide retreat at lovely Silver Bay on the northern end of Lake George.  The "Silver Bay" retreat includes time for fun, time for reflection, and time to learn.  Past keynote speakers include Rev. Dr. William Sloane Coffin, Rev. John Shelby Spong, Dr. Huston Smith, and many others.  Dr. Tim Johnson has agreed to be our keynote speaker at Silver Bay in 2008.
